Admiral Boom header

(Yet another Mary Poppins header...le sigh...I love Mary Poppins.) Admiral Boom & Mr. Binnacle are the characters that live next-door to the Banks, and shoot off cannons every hour

I'm frustrated with my blog design right now, I think it's ugly. Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.
